Star Trek: Prodigy

A New Generation Discovers Starfleet

Star Trek: Prodigy follows an unlikely group of young aliens who escape imprisonment and discover the abandoned USS Protostar, an experimental Starfleet vessel hidden deep within the Delta Quadrant. Guided by a holographic training program based on Captain Kathryn Janeway, the crew embarks on an extraordinary journey toward the United Federation of Planets while learning what it truly means to be a Starfleet officer.

Unlike previous Star Trek series, Prodigy introduces the Star Trek universe through the eyes of characters who know nothing about Starfleet. As the crew learns about exploration, diplomacy, teamwork, and responsibility, viewers experience the same sense of discovery that has defined Star Trek for nearly six decades.

Over two seasons, the series evolves from an exciting coming-of-age adventure into an epic Star Trek saga featuring time travel, ancient technology, mysterious enemies, and the return of beloved characters from Star Trek: Voyager. Stunning animation, cinematic storytelling, and emotionally rich character development make Prodigy one of the franchise’s most inspiring modern series.
